406. כניסה והתפרצות למקום מגורים או תפילה או ממנו
תיקון: [תשכ״ו] [א/295, א/296]
(א)הנכנס למקום המשמש למגורי אדם או לתפילה, או הנמצא בהם, בכוונה לבצע גניבה או פשע, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
(ב)המתפרץ למקום כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) בכוונה לבצע גניבה או פשע, או המתפרץ מתוכו לאחר שביצע בו גניבה או פשע או נכנס אליו לשם כך, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים.
