477. זיוף מטבע פשוטה
[א/362]
העושה אחת מאלה, דינו – מאסר שבע שנים:
(1)עושה או מתחיל לעשות מטבע פשוטה מזוייפת;
(2)מתקין, מחזיק או מעביר ביודעין מכשיר מותאם ומכוון לעשות בו מטבע פשוטה מזוייפת ואין בידו להוכיח סמכות או הצדק כדין;
(3)קונה, מוכר, מקבל, משלם או מעביר מטבע פשוטה מזוייפת במחיר נמוך מהערך שהיא מביעה או שכנראה נתכוונו שתביע, או מציע לעשות אחד המעשים האלה.
