המנפק אחת מאלה בחזקת מטבע מעולה, בכוונה להונות, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים:
(1)מטבע שאינה מטבע כמשמעה בסימן זה;
(2)מתכת שערכה פחות מערך המטבע שבחזקתה היא מנופקת, בין שהיא מטבע ובין שאינה מטבע.
