בעל מלון או אכסניה שאינו מציג בלילות פנס או מאור בחצריו, בהתאם לתקנות הקיימות אותה שעה, או אינו מקיים פנקס האורחים או הלנים, או אינו מראה את הפנקס לשוטר לשם בקורת לפי דרישתו, דינו – מאסר חודש ימים.
