51יב. תקנות
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תשמ״ח, תש״ע־2
(א)השר לביטחון הפנים רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצוע סימן זה.
(ב)תקנות שיתקין השר לביטחון הפנים לפי סימן זה יהיו בהתייעצות עם שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, למעט תקנות שיתקין לעניין גופים כאמור בהגדרה ”עבודת שירות“ בסעיף 51א.
