[יא/26]
(א)צו לפי סעיפים 55 עד 59 ניתן לערעור.
(ב)בערעור על ההרשעה בשל העבירה הנוספת מותר לכלול ערעור גם על צו כאמור אם לא הוגש עליו ערעור לפי סעיף זה.
