64. עדכון קנסות
תיקון: תש״ם־4, תשמ״ב־2 [יא/30]
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי לשנות בצו את שיעורי הקנסות הקבועים בכל חוק, על פי השינויים שחלו במדד מן המדד שפורסם בחודש שבו הם נקבעו לאחרונה.
(ב)לא יוגדלו שיעורי קנסות לפי סעיף זה לפני שחלפו ששה חדשים מיום ההגדלה הקודמת.
(ג)בסעיף זה –
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”קנסות“ – לרבות תקרות לקנסות שהחוק מסמיך לקבוע ולרבות תקרת הפיצויים האמורה בסעיף 77.
