68. גביית תוספת הפיגור
תיקון: [תשל״ג], תשפ״ד [יא/32ב]
(א)לענין גביה, דין תוספת הפיגור כדין הקנס, אולם סעיף 71 לא יחול על תוספת הפיגור.
(ב)סכום ששולם או נגבה על חשבון קנס שנתווספה עליו תוספת פיגור, ייזקף תחילה על חשבון תוספת הפיגור.
