1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אסיפה בוחרת“ – גוף שהוקם כאמור בתקנה 8;
”השר“ – השר הממונה על ביצוע החוק;
”מועצת הרבנות הראשית“ – מועצת הרבנות הראשית לישראל;
”מרשם אוכלוסין“ – כמשמעותו בחוק מרשם האוכלוסין, התשכ״ה–1965;
”ספרדי“ – לרבות יוצא תימן.
