28. הטלת החוק על ארצות חסות
יכול הוד מלכותו, בדבר מלך במועצה, להטיל חוק זה על כל ארץ הנתונה לחסותו ועל קפריסין, ומשיצא דבר־מלך כזה יהא חוק זה, בהתחשב עם הוראות דבר המלך, בר־תוקף כאילו היו הארצות שחל עליהן חוק זה וכאילו היתה קפריסין חלק ממושבות הוד מלכותו שחל עליהן חוק זה.
