23יג. הודעה על קיום הליך בירור מינהלי ומענה לשאלות מפקח
תיקון: תשפ״ד
טרם הפעלת סמכויותיו לפי סימן זה יודיע המפקח לאדם כי מתקיים הליך בירור מינהלי לגבי מאגר המידע ואת מהות ההליך; הודע לאדם כאמור, עליו להשיב לשאלות שנשאל, אולם תשובות שהשיב לא ישמשו ראיה בהליך פלילי נגדו, אם לא היה חייב להשיב עליהן לו היה נשאל לפי סעיף 2(2) לפקודת הפרוצדורה הפלילית (עדות).
