ראש הרשות רשאי לאצול את סמכויותיו לפי סימנים ב׳ עד ה׳ לעובד בכיר הכפוף אליו ישירות ואחראי על תחום העיצומים הכספיים; הודעה על אצילה כאמור תפורסם ברשומות.
