23נב. זיהוי חוקר
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)חוקר לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי סימן זה אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שניים אלה:
(1)מתקיימות לגביו הוראות לעניין זיהוי מפקח לפי סעיף 23יא, בשינויים המחויבים;
(2)הוא לובש מדי חוקר, בצבע ובצורה שהורה ראש הרשות לעניין זה, ובלבד שהמדים כאמור אינם נחזים להיות מדי משטרה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 23יב(ב) ו־(ג) יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, לעניין החובות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
