11. המשפט הקיים
המשפט שהיה קיים בארץ־ישראל ביום ה׳ באייר תש״ח (14 במאי 1948) יעמוד בתקפו, עד כמה שאין בו משום סתירה לפקודה זו או לחוקים האחרים שיינתנו על ידי מועצת המדינה הזמנית או על פיה, ובשינויים הנובעים מתוך הקמת המדינה ורשויותיה.
