תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשנ״ה־2
הממשלה הזמנית רשאית להקים כוחות מזוינים, ביבשה, בים ובאויר, אשר יהיו מורשים לעשות את כל הפעולות הדרושות והחוקיות לשם הגנת המדינה ולשם השגת יעדיה הבטחוניים־לאומיים.
