106י. פעולות אבטחה מחוץ לבית המשפט
תיקון: תשע״ו־3
(א)לשם הגנה על שופטים, רשמים ועובדי בית המשפט, כאמור בסעיף 106ב(1), יהיו לאיש משמר בתי המשפט הסמכויות לפי פרק זה, בשינויים המחויבים, גם כשהוא מבצע פעולות אבטחה שלהם מחוץ לבית המשפט, לרבות בעת ליווי כלי רכב.
(ב)הפעלת הסמכויות מחוץ לבית המשפט לפי סעיף זה תיעשה, ככל האפשר, בסביבתו הקרובה של האדם המאובטח ותוך התחשבות מרבית בצורך להגן על פרטיות הסובבים אותו.
