16. מינוי שופט לשעבר
[ש/17א]
מי שהוסמך בחיקוק למנות שופט או מי שכשיר להיות שופט, ליושב ראש של ועדה או של גוף אחר, רשאי, בהתייעצות עם נשיא בית המשפט העליון ובהסכמת המועמד, למנות לכך, לתקופה שיקבע, מי שהיה שופט כמפורש בחיקוק ויצא לקיצבה או פרש, ורשאי למנות כאמור, בהסכמת המועמד, מי שהיה שופט של ערכאה גבוהה מזו שפורשה בחיקוק.
