שר המשפטים רשאי, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, לקבוע את אופן הגשת הבקשה לבית המשפט לאסור או להתיר את פרסום שמו של חשוד לפי הוראות סעיפים 70 עד 70ד, ואת דרכי הדיון בבקשה.
