107. צורת ההזמנה ותכנה
תיקון: תשנ״ה־2 [97]
הזמנה בכתב לעד תיחתם ביד שופט, רשם או פקיד בית המשפט ובחותמת בית המשפט אולם רשאי שוטר להזמין עד מטעם תובע בחתימתו בלבד; ההזמנה תכיל –
(1)שם בית המשפט;
(2)ציון בעלי הדין;
(3)שם המוזמן ומענו;
(4)המקום והמועד שבהם עליו להתייצב;
(5)(בוטלה).
