תיקון: [תשל״ח] [12]
אישר שר הבטחון בכתב כי בטחון המדינה מחייב סייג זה, לא יהיה חשוד או נאשם זכאי להיות מיוצג – אם בהליכי חקירה בעבירה ואם בהליכים לפני שופט או בית משפט – אלא בידי אדם שאושר באישור בלתי מסוייג לשמש סניגור לפי סעיף 318 לחוק השיפוט הצבאי, התשט״ו–1955.
