תיקון: תשמ״ז [179]
ערעור, בין של הנאשם ובין של התובע, יהיה בהגשת הודעת ערעור מנומקת לבית המשפט שלפניו מערערים (בפרק זה – בית המשפט), אם במישרין ואם באמצעות בית המשפט שעל פסק דינו מוגש הערעור.
