תיקון: תשע״ב־3, תשע״ד־3
תנאי לפי סעיף 67ג(א)(4), לא ייכלל בהסדרים אלא לאחר ששירות המבחן, כמשמעותו בפרק ד׳ לפקודת המבחן [נוסח חדש], התשכ״ט–1969, באישור שר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים, הודיע לרשות התביעה כי ממסירת ההודעה ואילך ניתן לכללו כאמור; שירות המבחן רשאי להודיע כאמור לעניין סוג מסוים של תיקים ולתקופה מסוימת.
