67יב. דיווח לכנסת
תיקון: תשע״ב־3
מדי שנה, ב־1 במרס, ידווחו השר לביטחון הפנים, לעניין המשטרה, ושר המשפטים, לעניין רשויות התביעה האחרות, לוועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, בכתב, על כל אלה:
(1)מספר התיקים שבהם נעשה הסדר לפי סעיף זה, לפי סעיפי עבירה ולפי רשות התביעה, ושיעורם הכולל מסך התיקים שנסגרו באותה שנה;
(2)מספר התיקים שבהם הוגשו כתבי אישום באותה שנה, לפי רשות התביעה.
