עיון בחומר החקירה או העתקה ממנו יהיו במשרד תובע או במקום אחר שתובע הועיד לכך, ובמעמד אדם שתובע מינה, דרך כלל או לענין פלוני, להבטיח שהעיון וההעתקה ייעשו בהתאם לחוק ולהוראות התובע.
