תיקון: תשנ״ה־2 [88]
הודעה בכתב והזמנה לפי סימן זה תיחתם בידי שופט, רשם או פקיד בית המשפט ובחותמת בית המשפט. אולם הודעה או הזמנה כאמור, לנאשם בעבירה שכתב האישום נגדו הוגש בידי תובע, כמשמעותו בסעיף 12(א)(2), יכול שתיחתם בידי שוטר בלבד.
