69. עיכוב לחיפוש ולבדיקת מסמכים
תיקון: תשנ״ז
הוקנתה בחיקוק הסמכות לחפש במקום, בכליו או על גופו של אדם, או הסמכות לדרוש מאדם הצגת מסמכים, רשאי בעל הסמכות לעכב אדם או כלי רכב כדי לאפשר את החיפוש או העיון במסמכים, וכן רשאי הוא לדרוש מהאדם למסור את שמו ומענו.
