7. החזקת עצור
תיקון: תשע״ה
עצור יוחזק באחד מאלה:
(1)במקום מעצר, באחריות משטרת ישראל או שירות בתי הסוהר, שהשר לבטחון פנים הכריז עליו כמקום מעצר; הכרזה לפי סעיף זה תפורסם ברשומות.
(2)במקום פיקוח, כהגדרתו בסעיף 22א.
פורסמו הכרזות על מקום מעצר.
