140. האחריות לביצוע החלטות המועצה
תיקון: תשל״ט
ראש העיריה יהיה אחראי לכך שהחלטות המועצה יבוצעו כהלכה; הצריכה ההחלטה הוצאה מכספי העיריה – יהיה ראש העיריה אחראי לכך שההחלטה תבוצע בהתאם לתקציב המאושר ובהתאם להוראות אחרות של פקודה זו או של דין אחר; בהעדר ראש העיריה יהיו החובות האמורות על ממלא מקומו לפי סעיפים 14 או 16 לחוק הרשויות המקומיות (בחירת ראש הרשות וסגניו וכהונתם), תשל״ה–1975.
