142ג1. המצאת העתק כתבי בי־דין לחשב מלווה
תיקון: תשס״ה־8
פתח אדם הליך משפטי כנגד עיריה, ומונה לעיריה לפני פתיחת ההליך או במהלך ניהולו חשב מלווה, ימציא אותו אדם וכן כל אדם אחר שהוא צד להליך, לחשב המלווה, העתק מכתב בי־הדין שהוא מגיש באותו הליך; בסעיף זה, ”הליך משפטי“ – לרבות תובענה, עתירה, בקשה או ערעור.
