147. ועדת הנהלה
(א)המועצה רשאית לבחור מבין חבריה ועדת הנהלה קבועה שתפקידה לייעץ לראש העיריה בכל הנוגע לביצוע תפקידיו, ושתשמש ועדה לכל ענין שאינו בתחום סמכותה של ועדה אחרת, קבועה או ארעית.
(ב)חברי ועדת ההנהלה יהיו ראש העיריה, סגניו וחברי מועצה אחרים שהמועצה תקבע את מספרם ותבחר אותם.
