15. אישור הוצאות לצרכי רובע עירוני
נראה לועד רובע פלוני, כי רצוי הוא שתוצא הוצאה נוספת לצרכי עבודות ציבוריות של הרובע, נוחויותיו והנאותיו, ימציא פרטים עליהן, בצירוף אומדן העֲלוּת שלהן, למועצת העיריה שבתחומה נמצא הרובע ולממונה, והוא רשאי, לאחר עיון בחוות דעת המועצה לענין זה, לאשר ההוצאה.
