158. תפקידים וסמכויות
ואלה תפקידיה וסמכויותיה של הועדה:
(1)לייעץ למועצה בכל ענין חקלאי הן ביזמת עצמה והן לפי בקשת המועצה;
(2)להציע למועצה הצעות להחלטה בכל ענין חקלאי;
(3)להוציא לפועל החלטות המועצה בענין חקלאי, אם נדרשה לכך על ידי המועצה או על ידי ראש העיריה, או על ידי השר אם היה הענין בערר על פי סעיף 160.
