167א. מועצה שלא מינתה מבקר
תיקון: תשנ״ה־3, תשס״ב־3
(א)ראה הממונה כי המועצה אינה ממנה מבקר, רשאי הוא לדרוש ממנה בצו כי תמנה מבקר, כאמור בסעיף 167, תוך הזמן הנקוב בצו.
(ב)לא מילאה המועצה אחרי הצו תוך הזמן האמור, רשאי הממונה למנות מבקר לעיריה ולקבוע את שכרו.
