208. צורת התקציב
תיקון: תשע״ד־3
(א)התקציב יוכן בהתאם להוראות התוספת הרביעית, אלא שהשר רשאי לשנות הוראות אלה או להוסיף עליהן, בין דרך כלל ובין להכנת התקציב של עיריה פלונית.
פורסמו תקנות הרשויות המקומיות (הכנת תקציבים), תשל״א–1971.
(ב)התקציב יכלול נספח תקן כוח אדם לעירייה בהתאם להוראות שיקבע השר.
