257. הוצאה שנגרמה לעיריה על ידי הפרת חוק עזר
הוציאה העיריה הוצאה כלשהי בשל הפרת חוק עזר על ידי אדם פלוני, ואין היא הוצאה שחלה בנסיבות האמורות בסעיפים 255 ו־256, תהא העיריה זכאית לגבות אותה הוצאה מן האדם שהפר את חוק העזר.
