265. עבירות קנס
תיקון: תשל״א, תשל״ה־4, תש״ם־2, תשמ״ב, תשס״ח־4, [ק״ת שינוי שיעורי קנסות]
(א)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי, בצו ברשומות, להודיע כי עבירה על הוראה פלונית בחוק עזר של עיריה היא עבירת קנס, דרך כלל או בתנאים או בסייגים שקבע.
(ב)השר יקבע בצו ברשומות –
(1)את שיעור הקנס לכל עבירת קנס, ובלבד שלא יעלה על 730 שקלים חדשים, ורשאי הוא לקבוע שיעורים שונים לעבירה בהתחשב בנסיבות ביצועה;
(2)(בוטלה);
(3)(בוטלה).
