307. המצאת הודעה לנעלם או למסרב
אם אין למצוא את החייב, או שהוא מסרב לקבל את ההודעה שהומצאה לו, יראו את ההודעה כאילו הומצאה כהלכה, אם הוצגה במשרדי העיריה והעתק ממנה הודבק על פני חלק בולט של הנכס שעליו משתלמת הארנונה, או אם נמסרה, או הועברה על ידי הדואר, לפי מענו הידוע לאחרונה.
