311. מכירת התפוס במכירה פומבית
(א)אם תוך ארבעה עשר יום לא שילם החייב את הסכום המגיע יחד עם עֲלוּת התפיסה, ובכפוף לפסק דין או צו של בית המשפט בתובענה לפי סעיף 314, יימכרו הטובין במכירה פומבית בהתאם לצו של ראש העיריה, אלא שאם היו הטובין פסידים מותר למכרם על פי צו ראש העיריה מיד.
(ב)דמי החכירה ישמשו לתשלום הסכום המגיע וַעֲלוּת ההוצאה לפועל, והעודף, אם ישנו, יוחזר לבעל הטובין.
