320. עיקול שכר עבודה
היה החייב עובד בשירות המדינה או מקבל משכורת או שכר מאדם אחר, רשאי ראש העיריה לעקל חלק מהם, שיחד עם כל חלק אחר מהם הנתון לעיקול שהוטל לפני כן בין לפי סעיף 319 ובין לפי סעיף 7 לפקודת מסים (גביה), לא יעלה על רבע כלל משכורתו או שכרו.
