325. הארנונה בחדילת בעלות או החזקה
חדל אדם ביום מן הימים להיות בעלם או מחזיקם של קרקע או של בנין שהוא חב עליהם בארנונה לפי הוראות הפקודה, ימסור הוא או נציגו הודעה על כך בכתב לעיריה ולאחר מכן לא יהיה חייב בשיעורי ארנונה נוספים; אין האמור גורע מחבותו בשיעורי הארנונה המגיעים מלפני מסירת ההודעה.
