תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
שכר או תמורה אחרת שהעירייה משלמת, במישרין או בעקיפין, לחברת גבייה בעבור שירותי גבייה של חובות שלגביהם הורתה העירייה לחברת הגבייה לנקוט אמצעי אכיפה וסכומם תלוי בסכום החוב שגבתה חברת הגבייה בפועל, יחושבו רק לפי סכום החוב כפי שהיה במועד שבו הורתה העירייה לחברת הגבייה לנקוט אמצעי אכיפה.
