330כז. מסירת מידע ותחולת חוק חופש המידע
תיקון: תשפ״ב־2
(א)חברת הגבייה תמסור לעירייה כל מידע הדרוש לה לשם מילוי חובותיה ותפקידיה לפי כל דין.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף קטן (א), יראו את המידע שמחזיקה חברת גבייה עקב פעולותיה לפי חוק זה [צ״ל: פקודה זו] כמידע כמשמעותו בחוק חופש המידע, הנמצא ברשות העירייה.
