336. חיוב באגרות ותשלומים אחרים
הרשיע בית משפט אדם על עבירה לפי הפקודה, או לפי חוק עזר של עיריה שהותקן מכוח הפקודה, יצווה עליו לשלם – בנוסף על כל עונש שיראה להטיל עליו ובנוסף על הוצאות המשפט – כל האגרות ותשלומי החובה הכרוכים באישום, שהיה עליו לשלם ולא שילם או סירב לשלם; אגרות ותשלומי חובה כאלה ייגבו בדרך שקנסות ודמי עֲנוּשים נגבים על פי כל דין.
