9. הצהרת אמונים
מבקר המדינה הנבחר יצהיר ויחתום לפני הכנסת הצהרת אמונים זו:
”אני מתחייב לשמור אמונים למדינת ישראל ולחוקיה ולמלא באמונה את תפקידי כמבקר המדינה.“
