18. שימושים מותרים
על אף הוראות סעיף 11, עשיית הפעולות המפורטות בסעיפים 19 עד 30 מותרת בתנאים המפורטים באותם סעיפים ולשם השגת המטרות המפורטות בהם, אף בלא קבלת רשות מבעל זכות היוצרים ובלא תשלום תמורה, ולעניין הפעולות המפורטות בסעיף 32 – בתמורה ובהתאם להוראות אותו סעיף.
