2. מקום הפרסום לראשונה
בחוק זה יחולו הוראות אלה לעניין המקום שבו פורסמה יצירה לראשונה:
(1)יצירה שפורסמה בכמה מדינות בתוך שלושים ימים מיום שפורסמה לראשונה – יראו אותה כאילו פורסמה לראשונה בכולן בו־זמנית;
(2)יצירה שפורסמה לראשונה בישראל ובמדינות אחרות בו־זמנית – יראו אותה כאילו פורסמה לראשונה בישראל.
