שידור, או העתקה בדרך של צילום, ציור, שרטוט או תיאור חזותי דומה, של יצירה אדריכלית, יצירת פיסול או יצירת אמנות שימושית, מותרים אם היצירה ממוקמת בקביעות במקום ציבורי.
