28. שיקום והקמה מחדש של בניינים
שימוש ביצירות אלה מותר לצורך שיקום או הקמה מחדש של בניין או של מבנה אחר:
(1)היצירה האדריכלית שהיא הבניין או המבנה האמורים, או המודל שלהם;
(2)השרטוטים והתכניות ששימשו, ברשות בעל זכות היוצרים בהם, להקמת הבניין או המבנה האמורים, בעת שהוקמו.
