תובענה בשל הפרת זכות מוסרית רשאי להגיש היוצר, ואם נעשתה ההפרה לאחר מותו – קרובי משפחתו; לעניין זה, ”קרוב משפחה“ – בן זוג, צאצא, הורה או אח.
