36. משכורת וגימלאות
משכורתם של השרים וסגני השרים ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו להם בתקופת כהונתם או לאחריה, או לשאיריהם לאחר מותם, ייקבעו בחוק, או בהחלטה של הכנסת או של ועדה מועדותיה שהכנסת הסמיכה לכך.
הכנסת החליטה להסמיך את ועדת הכספים לקבוע את משכורתם של השרים וסגני השרים ותשלומים אחרים שישולמו להם בתקופת כהונתם או לאחריה או לשאיריהם לאחר מותם (י״פ תשס״ג, 2082).
